Suggestions from our Brainstorm Boxes

In February, we placed Brainstorm Boxes in Sooke businesses, asking the community for their ideas and suggestions for the farm. We’ve had a great response and wanted to share some of the feedback we’ve received.

An abbatoir would be a great addition to the community and would help farms to produce meat locally.
More hands-on green education for young people! School tours, homeschoolers, and extra-curricular.
Love the abbatior idea!! Especially for beef and pork. We need this so badly in Sooke.
